What is the EB-5 program?

– Provides foreign investors the opportunity to obtain U.S. residency and Green Cards for themselves and their dependents by investing $800,000 in a government pre-approved real estate project.

– Investment amount eligible for return approximately five years from the date of investment.

– A single investment of $800,000 grants Green Card eligibility for the entire family, including spouse and children under the age of 21.

– Green Card holders have the freedom to live, travel, and work in the United States.
