The EB-5 program provides foreign investors the opportunity to obtain U.S. Green Cards for themselves and their qualifying dependents by investing $800,000 in a government pre-approved real estate project in the United States. The investment amount is eligible for return to the investor approximately five years from date of investment. With a single investment of $800,000, all members of the family including spouse and children under the age of 21 can obtain their own Green Cards and freely live, travel, and work in the United States.

The seminar will cover fundamental aspects of the EB-5 program, recent legislative updates, notably the beneficial changes introduced by the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) in March 2022, and provide guidance on successfully navigating this U.S. government immigration program.
