EB-5 Visa Bulletin November 2026

The November 2026 Visa Bulletin carries forward the same key trends seen in October, with no major movement in the EB-5 categories.
India and China Cutoff Dates Remain Unchanged
For the unreserved EB-5 category, the dates remain:
- India: December 1, 2023
- China: December 1, 2016
- All other countries: Current
In practical terms, Indian investors with priority dates before December 1, 2023 and Chinese investors with priority dates before December 1, 2016 may be eligible for final Green Card action, subject to all other requirements.
Some Applicants Can Move Forward With Filing
The November Dates for Filing also remain unchanged:
- India: May 1, 2024
- China: March 1, 2021
- All other countries: Current
These dates indicate when eligible applicants may be able to begin the next stage of the Green Card process before a visa number is available for final approval. USCIS determines each month whether adjustment-of-status applicants may use this chart.
Reserved EB-5 Categories Remain Current
Visa availability remains Current across all three reserved EB-5 categories:
- Rural
- High-Unemployment
- Infrastructure
This means there is currently no published cutoff date for any country in these categories, provided the investor and project meet the applicable requirements.
