EB-5 Price Increase Alert: Free Seminar in Dubai

EB-5 Price

Two important EB-5 cost changes are approaching before the end of 2026, making the coming weeks especially important for investors considering the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

November 30: USCIS Filing Fees Increase

From November 30, 2026, the filing fee for Form I-526E will increase from $3,675 to $7,850.

Investors already preparing their EB-5 petitions should aim to file before the new fee takes effect to avoid the higher government filing cost.

The $800,000 Investment Window Is Closing in December 2026

The current $800,000 minimum EB-5 investment is also approaching its first scheduled inflation adjustment.

For investors who want to proceed at the current threshold, December should be treated as the practical filing window.

An EB-5 application requires time to select a qualifying project, complete the investment, prepare source-of-funds documentation and finalize the I-526E petition. For internationally mobile investors, this may also involve financial records, property transactions, business income and bank transfers across several jurisdictions.

With the year-end holiday period approaching, investors should aim to complete their investment and file by mid-December 2026 rather than leaving the process until the final days of the year.
